Greater Adventures

At least once every 2 months, Canine Adventure will try to schedule an out of the area adventure for your dog.   This may mean, depending on the location, that your dog will be away overnight.

August Adventure 2005

We will be going on an adventure to The American River trail in the Tahoe National Forest.  It will be a 21 mile hike passing through beautiful meadows, old mines and abandoned cabins.  There are steep grades as well as dense vegetation.  Lots for a pooch to do!  We stay near the river for water and if your pooch is a water dog, they will love this trip.  Pooches need to carry there own food and some water.  Back packs are necessary.  Call for reservations since I only take up to 6 at a time.  This is a 3 day trip.  We will leave the Lamorinda on August the 4th around noon and return on August the 7th late afternoon.  For more information call Steve (925) 382-5570.
